BEST, EASIEST & TASTIEST POT ROAST

Put (ANY) roast in a covered pot or crock pot.  Do not add anything—no spices, herbs, or water.  Do not sear.

Turn the crock pot to low and cook all day or

Place in oven at 225 degrees and cook until meat shreds easily with a fork.

The broth will be flavorful and the meat very tender.
