1.5 lbs of Date Creek Ranch ground beef

2 eggs

1 finely chopped onion

1 cup milk

5-6 slices of bacon (I used pepper bacon)

1 cup bread crumbs (I used garlic and herb, but you can use almost anything and add crackers, cornflakes etc)

Salt and pepper 1 tsp of each

Worcestershire sauce 1.5 tsp

Veggies finely chopped ( I personally used 2 stalks green onion, 1 orange bell pepper, 2 spicy peppers a red and orange, 2 stalks of celery, 2 Roma tomatoes, 2 small Mexican squash if they're large maybe do just 1)

Take all of that throw it on a large mixing bowl and mix with hands. I like to add bread crumbs last personally and then mix again. Plop that into your pan of choice.

Once you have this placed in your pan we will mix together the final ingredients in a separate bowl to put on top before cooking to make a glaze.

3 tbsp of brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp of spicy mustard I used stone ground mustard, but again you can use any mustard. I loved the kick the spicy mustard gave me.

Now mix those ingredients together and cover the top of your meatloaf.

Place in the oven covered with foil for 45 min. Remove foil for last 15 min. Which will help give that glaze a final boost.

I hope you enjoyed as much as we did!!!
