We simply collect a $50.00 deposit at the time of your order. Select your desired quantity of beef and/or pork by clicking the Add to Cart button.
Please Note: Quarter beef or half pork is the minimum order.
Your meat will be delivered to a central location in Phoenix. We always meet on a Friday evening.
BEEF. We sell our beef by the quarter. Price is $ 4.90 per pound hanging weight (Hwt) across all cuts. Typically quarters are between 100 and 140 pounds Hwt. Hwt is the carcass weight before dry aging. Package weight is approximately 25 – 30% lower than Hwt depending on the amount of fat. Depending on the size of the quarter, cost is between $600 – $650(includes cost of processing). See the standard Beef Cutting List here.
PORK. We sell by the half animal at $4.90/pound hanging weight. A half will be about 70-80 pounds (hanging weight) of meat and will, depending on the size of the animal, cost around $320 – $380 (this includes processing). A half will follow a standard Pork Cutting List. If you want to use your own cutting instructions, then you may want to order a whole animal. For those of you who want smoked ham and bacon (for an extra charge), you must buy a whole. Smoked meat is not nitrate or nitrite free, takes 2 weeks longer to process, and may require pickup in Chino Valley.

We offer a discounted price for the 48 Blade Jaccard meat tenderizer (see cooking grass fed beef). If you buy a quarter of beef the Jaccard meat tenderizer cost is $20.00, if you buy more than one quarter the tenderizer is free of charge.
