End of Peach Season

This year's peach season is over! We are closed in August and will start picking fall apples the first weekend in September. The Rainbow Girls of Wickenburg will have their annual Apple Festival with home-made pies etc. etc. the second weekend in September. Please mark your calendars. The road has been graded and is better than usual. However, it is a dirt road and you always have to drive it with care. This drive is part of the adventure to experience the "true" ranch life.

Correction to Directions in AZ Republic

One of the recent articles in the Arizona Republic was slightly incorrect with reference to where you turn into Date Creek Ranch Road. If you are coming from Wickenburg or Prescott/Congress you don't want to go to milepost 177 but rather get ready to turn after milepost 178 (which comes first). If you go to mp 177 you have gone too far!!! and you need to turn around. Sorry for the confusion.
